Hackesche Höfe Berlin

The Hackesche Höfe are part of an extensive old town district that has no equal in Berlin: the Spandauer Vorstadt, north of Alexanderplatz. The eight interconnected courtyards were renovated in 1993 for 80 million marks and are now a popular meeting place for scene goers, night owls and tourists with their many shops, galleries and restaurants and clubs.
